MK Tunnel is a drying facility for producing mould shell in batches continuously, modules can be changed flexibly according to customers’ requirements. All wax trees rotate continuously and the dwell period of each tree per station is 3 minutes.

Advantages:

●Drying time can be reduced by 20-30 times

●Save 25% raw materials

●Increase the strength and permeability of mould shell.

●Suitable for all conventional material, customers do not need to change the raw

materials such as intrinsic waxes, sand and slurries.
