TCT Asia 3D Printing and Additional Manufacturing Exhibition will be held in Shanghai New International Expo Center on February 21, 2019. TCT Asia Exhibition is a large-scale and comprehensive 3D printing exhibition in China. It is an annual event of 3D printing. The exhibition area of this exhibition is 19,500 square meters, with 285 exhibitors. Metang Novatech, as the parent company of voxeljet China participated in the exhibition.

At the W4-J20 booth, we showed the compact 3D printer of voxeljet AG in Germany, which is a PMMA printer with 3DP printing process. Our engineer demonstrated the operation of the whole printing equipment on the spot. Many viewers are interested in the 3D printing PMMA equipment products and stop for technical exchanges.

In this exhibition, Metang Novatech exhibited 3D printing PMMA mold, sand mold, HSS nylon printing parts, investment casting and sand castings, covering such as automobile, medical and aerospace industry. One of the topology optimization castings received much attention and praise from clients. The prototype of the castings is composed of four parts and equipment, and after the use of topology optimization, it becomes one part. The weight of prototype parts is reduced by 1/3 and the strength is increased by 3 times.
